
Nicholas Camp, M.D.
Dr. Camp is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He received the Del Burkey Fellow of the Year award from the University of Pennsylvania and served as chief resident during his training at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Dr. Camp is an Arkansas native, and completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Loren Guzman, M.D.
Dr. Loren Guzman was born and raised in Little Rock, AR where she attended the Donaghey Scholar’s Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She then completed medical school and anesthesiology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. During her training, she received the Chairman’s Academic Achievement Award and the Award for Excellence in Pain Management. Dr. Guzman then continued training in her Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. During fellowship, she learned to treat a wide variety of pain disorders using a multidisciplinary approach.

Bethany Cook, MSN, APRN
Bethany is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in the State of Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University.

Sally Gladden, DPT
Dr. Sally Gladden was born and raised in North Arkansas and has been a licensed massage therapist for almost 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of South Carolina and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida. Dr. Gladden is certified in Dry Needling from the Dry Needling Institute by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Kelsey Bourdon, PTA
Kelsey Bourdon is a Physical Therapist Assistant board certified by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy. She has been involved in the health and wellness community since 2016 and pursued a career in physical therapy for her love of helping others. Kelsey thinks your PT experience should be personalized, educational and empowering, as she believes everyone deserves to feel good in their body.

Dr. Brandon Trujillo, DPT
Dr. Brandon Trujillo is originally from Central Arkansas, but has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2018. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology from the Arkansas Tech University and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding University. Brandon has a passion for working with patients to help decrease their pain and restore their confidence in their ability to do what they enjoy.
