Our Services

Epidural Steroid Injections

We offer a multitude of epidural injections for lumbar, thoracic, and cervical pathology including herniated discs, spinal stenosis and sciatica.  These include interlaminar and transforaminal approaches as well as selective nerve root blocks.

Spinal Cord Stimulation/Neuromodulation

We perform spinal cord stimulator trials, revisions, and implantation for those patients who have been refractive to multiple other modalities or who have continued to have pain despite surgery.

Facet Blocks/Radiofrequency Ablation

Treating osteoarthritis of the spine may entail the use of diagnostic and therapeutic medial branch nerve blocks, intra-articular facet injections, and radiofrequency neurotomy ("burning of the nerves")

Blocks for complex regional pain syndrome/RSD

These include stellate ganglion blocks, lumbar sympathetic plexus blocks, ganglion impar procedures, and superior hypogastric plexus blocks.

Peripheral Nerve Blocks

Dr. Camp offers a multitude of nerve blocks for chronic pain which may involve the use of a fluoroscope ("x-ray machine") or ultrasound. These include transversus abdominus plane blocks, ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric and genitofemoeral blocks, genicular blocks and ablations, intercostal nerve blocks, pudendal nerve blocks, and many more!

Joint Injections/Blocks

If the hips, knees, shoulders, or other joints are the source of your pain, a joint injection or nerve block/ablation may be an option.  At Camp Interventional Pain, we use "image guidance" to ensure appropriate, targeted spread of injectate.

In Office Procedures

Botox injections for chronic migraine headaches

Bursa Injections

Bursitis can occur in the shoulder, hips, knees, and other areas and may be a cause of your pain. We offer simple, targeted procedures to address this
